Welcome to the site!
Thanks very much for visiting this site. Phil has been playing music pretty much all of his life and whatever else he’s done it's always music that's kept him going (and it’s been his constant life compass) He’s constantly busy recording in the studio and making special guest appearances. This year in 2010 he’s really looking to get back out on the road. In the next months we’re going to be looking for new promoters to get him back up on stages in Europe. And although he’s been playing gigs across the globe from Moscow (he played to 100,000 people in Red Square headlining!) to New York, Berlin, Paris via Stockholm, Dublin, Oslo and London every now and again he finds himself coming full circle. He loves to play. You can see it in his electric performances. And happily he’s a prolific and gifted songwriter. So if you like his work, please send it to your friends. Tell everyone you know. And who knows maybe he’ll soon be swinging by your town real soon.
Our three favourite quotes from his press file.
"Breathtaking doesn't do this man justice"
Music Maker magazine
“Phil Ryan is playing the Bardentreffen. Do not miss him”
Nuremberger Nachrichten
"...Phil brings something to the song I've not heard before. A light shining from a dead star quality, that's what I get from it. Please pass on my regards to Phil and tell him that, in my opinion, he leaves Dylan choking in the dust when it comes to Hallelujah. I hope that makes his day..."
